Nash at 4 1/2

I am so sorry it has taken me so long to update
Life over here is crazy.

But I want to update you on the kids.

Nash is 4 1/2 and heading into Transitional Kinder in three weeks!
I was just thinking I cannot believe he is at school full time now.
It breaks this mama's heart at how fast he is growing.

You are one of the most passionate kids I know.
You love hard and frustrate easily
Over this year at school you have truly grown.
You have learned how to share better, follow instructions and just grew up.
At the end of the year, they tested you to see where you stood and you passed all the tests
and showed that you are ready for Kinder.
However, I am glad that we are blessed with another year before Kinder
as I think we could both use it.
 You LOVE music.
You can hear a song once and know all the words by the time the song is over.
You are very interested in guitars and piano.
At church, you notice when the worship leaders switch the guitars.
You came home one day after VBS and told me that Mr Scott had a "Rock" guitar today and it was sick. Yes you like to use the word sick.
Your Sunday School and Awanas leaders believe you may become a worship leader.
We will see where the good Lord leads you.
This summer you have gotten into dressing up.
Every morning you come dressed as some different type of Super Hero.
You have even gotten to the point where you can dress your self in the outfits.
One day, I was in meetings all morning and all of the sudden this Ninja
came to help attack my work with me.
Weapons have also come to light this summer.
You love swords, guns, and anything else that you come up with.

VBS was a big hit this year.
Maddie came down to help in our VBS and you went with her everyday
and then you went down to Noni and Papas house for a week to go to their VBS.
You LOVE church and everything that you get to do there.

This summer has also brought out a new adventurous side to you.
In Havasu this year, you started to learn how to ski by yourself.
Tubing.
Here you are celebrating that you are the only that survived the ride and stayed on the tube

Cannon Balls off the boat
Being Thrown in the Air

Flipped in the Air

 Then there are these moments
where you want to learn everything about how to do things for yourself.
Daddy took you to help fill up the wave runner with gas because you wanted to learn how.
Your interest in sports has perked up
You took hockey lessons and enjoyed them
You have started to like basketball
 and you love swimming!

Friends are big part of your life.
Maddie spent a week with us and you thought she was here for just you.
He loves his Maddie and Micah.
You always ask to spend time with your cousins.
You truly enjoy your cousin time.
Breakfast food is still your favorite type:
Pancakes
Waffles
Muffins
Orange Juice
Fruit

Things that are not your favorites:
Chocolate
Cake
Pasta
Favorite Shows:
Monster Truck Adventures
Big Hero 6
Mighty Machines
Paw Patrol
 Favorite Places:
Havasu
Disneyland
Noni and Papa's House
Legoland
and Mammoth.

Nash
Daddy and I love you
We are so proud of how you are growing.
You challenge us as parents
and we love the challenge.
We look forward
to raising you to be a Man of God!
