Baby #3 Update - 30 Weeks

Size of Baby: Weighs is a 3 Lbs and about 15.7 inches long. She is the size of a head of cabbage.

Total Weight Gain: 20 lbs...starting to creep up in the weight department
Maternity Clothes: Love the leggings and just bought bigger shirts to accommodate the growing belly
Gender: It is a GIRL!
Movement: This girl is a dancer...she very rarely stops moving
Food Cravings: Sweets...Chocolate and Cake
What I Miss: Energy and being able to breathe
Sleep: I have been crashing at night....must be from my little Nasherson during the day
Symptoms: Heartburn, Short of Breath and lots of cramping
Best Moment This Week: Closing on our new house..it has been a long time coming
What I Am Looking Forward To: The holidays and all the work going to be done in our new house



Nash is TWO!

Oh my little Man

you are TWO.

The past two years have flown by and have been beyond exciting for us.

Here are a few things that I want to remember about this time in your life.

Talking

Your vocab has started to pick up.

This month you have finally started calling me Momma instead of Daddy

You still call the Disney Character Lightening McQueen - Kachow

You repeat almost anything we ask you to

When you say Yes, it sounds like Yesssssssss with a little lisp.

You babble all day and talk with me, however I can only catch a few words

This is Nash saying "This"
He is obsessed with looking at Pictures

Toys

Cars, trains and planes

I really do not need to say more

You are in love with cars and trains

and because of your cousin Michael, you have started to like planes.

Also, you love your lawn mower or shopping cart.

You will push it around and around.

At this moment you are not into riding toys, you would rather push the toy.

 When you play with your trains, you will lay on the floor and push them around.

Personality

You have blossomed my little one.

Everyone says you are a busy little boy

You run not walk;)

You still do not like to do arts or crafts, but you will at least attempt them.

You love when Daddy plays the piano and when Music is on.

Your favorite song right now is "Wheels on the Bus" and you will do the motions
At this moment you are testing the limits. You think as we discipline you it is funny.
But you do say sorry and respond well.
You HATE to get your hair cut...hence why you have crazy hair.  You would think
someone was torturing you.

 Your Pallet is very grown up for your age...you like things most adults like and do not like things most kids like.  This is so much like your Auntie Micah

 You love everything Thomas right now...hence the PJ's

Favorite things that you do
The remote is a play phone for you and you will say "Hello" and then babble throw in some
of the words that you know and then say "Bye"
Recently, when you are excited or want to be silly you will close your eyes and jump up and down
or run around in circles.
Bath time is a very special time for you and your daddy.
There are lots of laughs that come out of the bathroom from both of you. 

When you hurt something, you will say Owwwww and find me or your Daddy and ask
us to kiss it.
Daddy taught you how to give flurburts and you think it is so funny. Yesterday,
you lifted up my shirt to see my tummy and said baby and then gave my tummy a flurburt

Life Lately
We are in the middle of a big move.
We are moving from AZ back to CA and right now we are living with Chris's parents.
Currently in the process of buying another house and selling our house in AZ.
You have adjusted amazingly to life in CA.
You started a new school and it has many expectations for you that you are not use too.
School has been a huge blessing and you love it.

Baby #3 Update - 25 Weeks

Size of Baby: Weighs is a 1.5 Lbs and about 13.5 inches long. She is the size of a rutabage.

Total Weight Gain: 9 lbs (most likely more by now)

Maternity Clothes: Starting to need Maternity Shirts to cover the belly along with pants

Gender: It is a GIRL!

Movement: You can now see her move from the outside. Such a neat experience

Food Cravings: Anything Spicy...then I regret it because of the terrible heartburn

What I Miss: Energy and sleep

Sleep: It is getting harder to sleep. I am throwing off the covers all night and just cannot get comfortable

Symptoms: Heartburn

Best Moment This Week: Spending our last week here in AZ...I will miss our house and our friends, but look forward to beinng together as a family again

What I Am Looking Forward To: Being together with my husband and our move back to CA. (more on this to come!)

San Diego - Homecoming and Pumpkin Painting

A couple of weeks ago, we headed down to San Diego for the weekend.

My younger sister Maddie had a volleyball game and homecoming, so it was great weekend to go!

First we went to watch Maddie's Volleyball game.

Nash was really good and enjoyed watching all the craziness.

Maddie did great and was so fun to see her on the court.

Saturday was all about Homecoming.  The girls took Maddie to get her make up done.

Helped her get dressed and then took lots of pictures.  Here are some before she left.

Sunday we were able to paint/carve pumpkins.

It was a beautiful day out and Nash actually enjoyed painting them.

At the end, Micah was carving her pumpkins and Nash wanted to help.

He loves his Micah Mae.

Baby #3 - 24 Weeks

Size of Baby: Weighs just over a pound and about 12 inches long. She is about the length of an ear of corn.

Total Weight Gain: 9 lbs

Maternity Clothes: Definitely maternity pants

Gender: It is a GIRL!

Movement: You can now see her move from the outside.  Such a neat experience

Food Cravings: Chocolate and Salads.  Not combined but I crave both of them all the time right now.

What I Miss: Energy and my husband every week

Sleep: I have just started to wake up once or twice a night.  Not excited about this starting already.

Symptoms: I have had terrible pain in the back of my right hip, could be from carrying Nash on my left side.

Best Moment This Week: Getting our family pictures taken! I love pictures...they capture the moment in time that you will never get back.

What I Am Looking Forward To: A nice cool weekend here in AZ this weekend.

Happy Halloween 2012

Our Halloween was a busy one!

We are currently back in CA and loving every minute of it.

Halloween was filled with parades, food, family and trick or treating.

The day started out seeing two parades.

One was at Nash's cousin Joella's school and the second one was at Daddy and Auntie Divo's work.

At Daddy's work, Daddy was able to show off his little puppy.

Taylor (One of Nash's cousins) and Nash were so excited to explore Daddy's campus

 They found some grass and ran and rolled around until it was time for the parade.

Once the parade started, they were both so excited to name all the characters that they knew

and to see cousin Leyton walking in the parade.

After the parade, we headed home and took naps and got ready for the evening.

Auntie Holly hosted a Halloween potluck before we all headed out to go trick or treating.

The food was great!

There was a craft table

Nash and Leyton played with cars outside

The girls twirled in their princess outfits

Then we headed off to trick or treat.

We went to the hot spot in our area and boy was it a hot spot.

There were hundreds of people there, police on horse back and even a first aid station.

The below pictures were taken with my phone so they are not too clear.

Nash loved trick or treating.

I think he hit up 7 or 8 houses and then just ran around.

My child does not like sweets, so he was not interested in the candy thankfully. 

(if you know me, you should be shocked that he doesn't)

But he loved going up to the houses and saying "tick o teet"and "ah u"(thank you)

All in all it was a successful trick or treating day.

I think Chris was more tired than our Nasherson.

I have many pictures from our trip to San Diego to post.

Hopefully I will get them on in the next day or so.

Baby #3 - 21 Weeks

How Far Along: 21 weeks

Size of Baby: About 10.5 inches long. She is about the length of a carrot.
Total Weight Gain: 4 lbs...still have not weighed in since week 18
Maternity Clothes: Definitely maternity pants
Gender: It is a GIRL!
Movement: This girl is a mover. All day and all night.
Food Cravings: This week it is Cupcakes and Coke/Dr. Pepper. And I never drink cokes, but I will occasionally have a Vanilla Dr. Pepper when I am not pregnant. So this is an odd one for me.
What I Miss: Energy and my husband every week
Sleep: When Nash sleeps I sleep.
Symptoms: My heels are killing me. I have been trying to wear tennis shoes as much as possible
Best Moment This Week: Feeling good enough to make dinner two nights this weekend for Chris. We had taco soup and roast.....such great Fall meals. Also we have been trying out some names...some made it to the most def not list and some are sticking around....only time will tell
What I Am Looking Forward To: Going back to CA this weekend and being around Family

Pumpkin Patch 2012

Yesterday we ventured to the pumpkin patch. 

The weather showed us some sign of fall by only being in the low 70's while we were there.

This year was much different from last year.

Nash was overwhelmed with all the different aspects of the farm and did not know where to go first.

So Daddy took him over by the animals.

First he saw the goats,

 then a pony,

and finally ducks.

It was so fun to watch him with the animals as he can say their names and sounds that they make.

We moved on to the "How tall are you this season?" board.

Nash was not sure about the animals on the board.

But then started telling me what the animals were

Do you see "Daddy"?

After we went through all the animals,

We headed over to the pumpkins.

Nash thought they were big balls

He tried to kick them

Pick them up and throw them

All of the sudden a "train" drove by and caught his attention

and Nash was off

He was determined to get on that train.

Which never happened because he was a little too small.

At the farm, they had a big jump jump that was built into the ground.

It was like a big air bubble.

Nash and Chris loved every minute of it.

Nash would do seat drops

He loved to slide down the slope

Lay down and let the other people bounce him

and then run around at the top

After a good 30 minutes on the jump jump, we moved over to the corn box.

At the end, I tried to get some pictures with my munchkin.

So much harder with a toddler

All in All it was a great pumpkin patch day
