Tomorrow - Are you ready?

Can you tell what our little man is dreaming about? It is in the background.
Here let me stand back and readjust the focus
That is right...we are moving once again. It all begins tomorrow and our house is a mess; full of boxes, tubs and tape. However this move will be different we are not bringing our furniture with us. Should be interesting.

On another note, I love getting packages in the mail. This cute onsie arrived and then Nash's Sissy Ashley sent him these amazing hats that she made for him!

I think Nash is all set for the baseball season to begin!

Fun Diego

Nash and I just got back from spending a couple of days in San Diego with my parents.
Nash loved all the attention he got. He played with his Aunties and Noni.
Noni took Nash outside a lot while I was working during the day and look who was all smiles.

This was our last trip to San Diego before we head out for the baseball season. I think everyone was a little sad.

As a side note, this is my current working partner. I get to look at this while I work! Pretty cool huh!

Baby Nash is 2 Months old

2 Months
I cannot stand that you are growing so much.
Everyone says you grow every time they see you.
I just love watching you grow and watching your Daddy and I grow as parents

Sleep: Nights are getting a little easier. You are sleeping longer and longer and not as noisy as you have been. You love to be swaddled now when you sleep and sleep around 4-6 hours in the night. Your Dad still does the early feeding and I do the later in the morning feeding since I am up at 5:30 for work.

Feed: You are officially eating at least 5 oz every feeding and we are still breast feeding. I am still not eating any diary and my diet is pretty bland, to save your tummy. The doctor has prescribe stronger gas medicine and you do not like the taste of it. We also started you on baby probiotics to help your system. Spitting up continues every feeding. You still breast feed and bottle feed. Love this aspect because it enables me to have mommy time or go on a date with your Daddy.
Weight:Well little man you weigh 11lbs 11oz. That is in the 60 percentile. You are doing so well growing and gaining weight.
Length: 22 1/4 in which is in the 30 percentile. You have a long torso and very short legs. Your head is 15 cm which is in the 15 percentile.
Milestone: You had many firsts this week.
  • You had your first social smile. You smiled right at me and your Papi
  • You laughed. It was a mid-night feeding and it was just you and I. I was so tired and was almost in tears and you let out a little laugh and it just melted my heart.
You are focusing on our faces more and can recognize your Dad and I out of a crowd
  • We took out your newborn insert for the car seat. You have officially out grown all newborn items now and we have packed them away in a tub.

Funniest Moment this Week: We were visiting Noni and Gramps (my parents) in their hotel room on Saturday (they had come up to LA to get a mini-vacation). Auntie M&M was holding you and trying to get you to smile. You were so comfortable that you decided you were going to have a blowout. Micah had poo on her shirt and it had gotten on Gramps hand when he took you from her and then all over your outfit. It was extremely funny and I was laughing so hard that it was hard to start cleaning you up.

Your favorite toy: Snowman Rattle. You also love to play a game that Auntie Holly came up with. We lift your arms above your head and say "I am so Big" then we stretch them out to the sides and say "I love you this much" and then cross the arms and say "Crissy, Crossy" then put your arms down to your sides and say "Down" then we clap and yell yea. You smile really big when we do this.
Diapers: We have officially moved into size 1 diapers but not sure how long you will be in these size diapers.

Clothes: You are wearing 0-3 months and 3-6 months depending on brand. Baby Gap 3-6 months, Janie and Jack 0-3 months, Target 3 Months, Babies-R-Us 3-6 months.
Mommy Moments: I start back to work this week and I am not looking forward to not being able to spend all day with you. You grow and learn at an amazing rate and I am just in awe of how God works. I see him working in you and our lives everyday. Being a Mommy to you is wonderful and I am so excited to continue to watch you grow, even if I am covered in poo and spit up.
