Disneyland October 2014

With the heat and summer crowds being gone

we decided it would be a perfect time to head to Disneyland!

They made it without crashing

and then the ride broke down

What did Sadie do during this ride?

She just chilled with her milk

Sadie is in love with the movie Frozen, especially Ana.

And as you can imagine, all the little girls were wearing frozen costumes.

Sadie would point every Ana and Elsa out.

Well, we took her to the princess store and she saw this.

I mean her reaction would have made you cry.

She fell in love with the dress.

With the dress on, she was made.

She thought she owned the place

While we were at the princess store, the boys went on the monorail.

This was Nash's first time to ride in the front.

He was in Heaven.

She says hi to everyone

and loves to dance in her new dress

The final ride of the night was the tractors

Nash loved them

October Trip to San Diego

Every time I head down to my parents

I have all these great hopes and plans.

But things never go as planned.

The first day we headed over to Legoland.

My kids love Legoland.

While we were at Legoland, Nash started complaining that his tummy hurt.

So we headed home and as we walked into the garage

Nash threw up all over the garage.

Yep, he caught the stomach flu.

So the rest of the couple of days were spent at home.

My Mom loves to spend time in the backyard,

in turn so do my kids.

Both kids love this stool and think it is the greatest chair/table combo.

Maddie started doing cartwheels in the yard and Sadie started doing her own version of a cartwheel

Papa thought he might join her

Sadie loves to draw and color and here she is with Maddie 

Nash wanted to play trains outside and Noni said he could.

This made Nash's day.

It is the little things sometimes

Once Nash started feeling better, he asked to go to the beach.

He just loves the beach. It is his happy place.

A few weeks back

I went to San Diego with the kids.

These weekends seem to be a little more common now

with Chris being in his MBA program.

This was Sadie's first time in a true bubble bath.

At first she wanted nothing to do with the bubbles.

In fact she was mad at them.

But after a little bit and some fun with Noni,

she loved them.

Car Washing

Daddy decided he was going to wash the car.

The kids thought this was great fun.

What will they be for Halloween?
