Father's Day Weekend

We had an amazing Father's Day Weekend!
It is hot here...when I say hot I mean in the 100's.

So most of our time is spent indoors until the sun is just about to hug the mountain tops.
However, we got a lot of Daddy time this weekend.
Friday night Nash and Chris played on the floor and then watched Nash's favorite movie
"The princess and the Frog"
Nash just finds the frogs so funny.

Saturday evening we took a walk into our village to get some items from the market for dinner.

Nash's new thing is to cross his feet when he is comfortable.
So cute and I LOVE all the new little things that he is doing.

Our village is preparing for the 4th of July and all of the festivities.
This will be our first and I am so excited to see what they have going on.

While Daddy paid for our items, Nash and I ventured outside and I set Nash on the grass.
First time to feel grass and first time to sit by himself on the grass.
The grass did not seem to phase him.

Father's Day Sunday morning....Daddy made waffles.
It would have been pancakes but our griddle broke in this last move.
So waffles it was!

After waffles....Golf was turned on and Nash and Daddy took a little snoozer while watching Golf
while Mommy got ready for Church!

The day ended with a trip to Home Depot.
Chris received his first "Real" Dad gift....
a nail gun and compressor.

Hopefully this Momma will benefit from this gift!!!!!!
